Meals are served from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM every Sunday afternoon at the Senior Citizen's Center of Hernando County in Spring Hill, FL .  Food, clothing, toiletries, social service referrals, and other assistance are also available for our guests.

People Helping People serves a free meal for the needy every week through its Sunday Blessings Program, the original program offered by PHP.  Sunday Blessings had a modest beginning in July 2009, when we served 7 guests at our first meal.  Today we serve as many as 130 free meals at our Sunday afternoon dinners.

Some of our guests are homeless, some are elderly people whose only income is Social Security, and some are working people with large families and modest incomes.  All who are in need are welcome at our Sunday Dinners.
